Hello World

We are here to tell you a story. It's a story of the struggles of the urban woman.

Living alone, dealing with daily excess and remains from food for one.

WE UNITE!

Tonight: Ohio-Grown Gazpacho and Fried Eggplant with Mozzarella and Provolone Cheeses.



Gazpacho:
A variety of seasonal Ohio-grown "tomaters" (of unknown poundage)
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
1 hot pepper
A clutch of basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 olive oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 large carrot
1 large clove minced garlic

Lightly pulse all ingredients in a food processor.

Chill. Serve. Garnish with bacon

Fried Eggplant with Cheese

  1. Super Finley Slice 1 medium large Ohio eggplant
  2. Salt eggplant and coat with a mixture of seasoned breadcrumbs and flour
  3. Pan fry until tender and brown in olive oil
  4. Place in "warmer" while layering with mozzarella and provolone cheeses
  5. Salt, serve, garnish with bacon
